What We Build

Industrial steel frames: single-storey warehouses, multi-bay factories, workshops, showrooms and utility buildings

Where fabrication is required, we work with certified steel fabricators and manage procurement to drawings and material specifications. On build-only contracts, we align with your detailer’s model and issue RFIs early to protect the schedule.

Steel Done Right: From Drawings to Installed Frame

Design coordination. Before steel is cut, we review connection details, base-plate thicknesses, packer allowance, holding-down bolt tolerances, purlin laps and service penetrations. Early checks here prevent site rework later.

Procurement & coatings. We plan steel grades, bolt classes, galvanizing or paint systems appropriate to your environment (coastal, industrial, food-grade). Delivery is sequenced by erection order to minimise double handling and laydown congestion.

Foundations interface. We set and survey anchor bolts and base plates, verifying plinth elevations and grout beds. Misalignments are flagged immediately so foundations, steel and slab teams stay in sync.

Erection methodology. Using our Merlo Roto telehandlers (360° slew, radio remote) and mobile crane support where required, we stand columns, place rafters and tighten bracing with continuous alignment checks. We control lifts with tag-lines, exclusion zones and certified rigging; temporary works maintain stability until bays are locked.

QA you can audit. We record bolt grades, torque logs and re-torque results, plumb/level surveys and bracing tensions. Welds (where specified) are performed by qualified personnel and inspected per ITP. You receive photo logs and as-built notes at handover.

Building Envelope that Lasts

A high-performing envelope keeps your asset efficient and watertight for decades. We install insulated panels or profiled sheet systems with the correct fasteners, sealing washers, vapour control layers and thermal breaks. Eaves details, gutters and downpipes are sized for Cyprus rainfall; skylights and translucent panels are positioned for daylight without overheating. Edge flashings, closures and sealants are detailed to prevent capillary action and wind-driven rain—common failure points on metal buildings.

Coordination with MEP & Process Needs

Metal buildings succeed when steel and services are coordinated early. We:

Provide secondary steel for cable trays, AHUs, pipe racks, compressors and monorails

Pre-set penetrations and sleeves to eliminate on-site cutting of finished panels

Allow for future expansion with spare capacity in purlins and wall rails where sensible

Integrate smoke vents, louvers and plant upstands without compromising weathering

Safety, Compliance & Documentation

We work to Cyprus regulations and relevant EN/Eurocode practices, with a documented H&S system:

RAMS, lift plans, daily toolbox talks and pre-use checks on lifting accessories

Permit-to-work control for hot works and live-site interfaces

ITPs and hold points for steel, envelope and watertightness

Handover pack: as-built steel lists, torque records, coating data sheets, panel specifications and maintenance guidance
