1. Do you provide certified operators?
   Yes. Every hire includes a certified operator and pre-job safety checks.

2. Which areas do you cover?

3. What machines can I hire?
   Forklifts, 17 m telehandler, Merlo Roto 26 m (with basket/jib/forks), 50-ton mobile crane, and low-loader transport.

4. Can you lift people?
   Yes, with our certified man basket on the Roto. We follow work-at-height rules and use harness anchor points.

5. Do you supply method statements and risk assessments?
   Yes — we can issue RAMS/method statements on request and coordinate with your site manager.

6. What information do you need to quote?
   Location, date/time window, load weight & dimensions, lift height/radius, access width/ground conditions, photos or drawings if available.

7. How fast can you mobilize?
   Nicosia: often same day. Other districts: typically 24–48 h with booking.

8. Do you do fixed-price day hires?
   Yes. Most jobs are day-rate plus mobilization/transport. Complex lifts may be quoted lump-sum.

9. What about permits and road closures?
   If a road closure is needed, the client (or we by arrangement) must secure local authority permits in advance.

10. Are load charts available?
    Yes — we provide the relevant Merlo/telehandler/crane load charts to confirm capacity at the required radius/height.

11. What attachments do you carry?
