ORMIC Baler OCT 110X110 130T
Description
The ORMIC Baler OCT110X110-130T is manufactured from profiles IPE, HEB, UNP board and steel plates. As all the equipment of Ormic Spa axles and pins are made of steel C40, the grommets and the wheels are heat-treated and hardened at high frequencies. The same heat treatment is applied with particular attention to the cutting blades of the baler which are made of steel for heavy tools. Bearings and rollers are made of bronze BZ14, Nylatron, black GSM of high density. Trolley wheels and axles are equipped with grease blocks and zert fittings for easy lubrication.
The surface treatment (painting) is made by specialized technicians using a high quality paint dual consistence with epoxy base and anti-corrosive, passed with two coats of color to achieve the appropriate thickness, the same procedure is applied to the rest of the sorting plant.
Extra attention is given to the protective guards, which should retain the convenience of operator to intervene without compromising the security according the existing legislation.
